Meet Miss Arizona Volunteer 2025

Siera will represent the state of Arizona at the national Miss Volunteer America pageant in Jackson, Tenn., in June 2025. The pageant is dedicated to promoting volunteerism and celebrating individuals who exemplify community service, leadership, and advocacy.

Bergeron graduated early from both her bachelor’s and master’s programs, earning her master’s in applied behavior analysis while completing an accelerated 1,500 clinical field work hours. Siera is the youngest board certified behavior analyst at the largest ABA clinic in the Southeast.

Beyond her professional achievements, Bergeron actively supports the community through her nonprofit, Lyrics Loft, which provides resources and support for families affected by autism.

Bergeron is also a committee member for the inaugural year for the Miss Amazing Arizona, which is run by a nonprofit dedicated to empowering girls and women with disabilities.

Bergeron says many of her professional efforts involve supporting children with autism.

“As a board-certified behavior analyst, I work to assess behavior, develop individualized plans, and implement strategies to support children with autism in building essential skills,” Bergeron wrote in a recent Instagram post. “My journey began three years ago with my master’s, 1,500 hours of fieldwork, and ultimately passing my BCBA exam. The need for BCBAs is critical, with autism diagnoses on the rise and 1 in 36 children now affected.”

Bergeron reminds people that the field of behavior analysis isn’t glamorous.

“There are days we face challenges — being bitten, kicked, punched, even scratched — but every moment is worth it. The progress, the smiles, and the breakthroughs are why I’m dedicated to this work.”

Bergeron is committed to fostering understanding and support. “Autism awareness is not only part of my career, but also my heart,” she states.
