Contestant Eligibility
The Miss Arizona Volunteer organization is looking for contestants for our upcoming competition! We are the state preliminary competition for the Miss America Volunteer organization. Please scroll down for our eligibility rules.
Miss Contestants
Age
Must be at least 17 years of age and no older than 26 years of age as of the day she competes or is crowned as the state or local titleholder. A Miss contestant must have completed her high school education.

Residency
Must live or work full-time in Arizona at least 30 days prior to the the first day of competition - or - be enrolled in an accredited college or university in Arizona by the first day of competition.

Education
Must be a high school graduate or have completed the G.E.D. by the first day of competition, or has completed the academic requirements for entry into an accredited
college/university degree program requiring attendance by the beginning of the fall semester of
the year in which Contestant will compete in the State Competition.


Teen Contestants
Age
Must be at least 13 years of age and no older than 18 years of age as of the day she competes or is crowned as the state or local titleholder.

Residency
Must have lived in Arizona for a period of at least 30 days immediately preceding the date of the first day of the State Pageant - or - Must be enrolled as a full time student in middle or
high school located in Arizona by the date of the first day of the State Competition.
Education
Contestant must be a middle or high school student as of the first day of the State Competition.
