Welcome, and thank you for joining our pageant community! Please review the following policies regarding registration fees, crowns, sashes, and other items before completing your registration.
📝 Registration Fees

Nonrefundable: All registration fees are nonrefundable under standard circumstances.

Exceptions for Medical, Family Emergency, or Bereavement:
We understand that unexpected life events can occur. A partial refund may be considered if you’re unable to participate due to a verified medical emergency, family emergency, or bereavement. -
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the event.

Documentation is required (e.g., a doctor’s note, obituary, or other official statement).

All requests are subject to review and may take up to 30 days for processing.
👑 Crowns, Sashes & Merchandise

Damaged Items: If your crown, sash, or other items arrive damaged, we’ll provide a one-time replacement at no cost.

Claims must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.

Email us at info@missarizonavolunteer.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description.

Final Sale: All merchandise sales are final and nonreturnable, unless damaged upon arrival.
📦 Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged due to incorrect shipping addresses. Please ensure your information is accurate before submitting your registration. We prefer that you pick up items from us.
